Ed Griffith's 28-year career as a construction industry professional includes 15 years of project management assignments on behalf of general contractors engaged in private and public sector contracting of buildings, highways, tunnels, utilities, and mass transit projects, followed by 13 years as a construction consultant and project finance advisor. Prior to joining Adkins & Company, Ed served as a Senior Manager for Grant Thornton's National Construction Industry Consulting practice; he has also worked as a Senior Consultant for High-Point Schaer, as well as owning and operating his own successful construction consulting, suretyship, and project management services company.

As Vice-President of Adkins & Company, Ed serves as a lead consultant, assignment manager and/or expert witness on various consulting assignments involving litigation support, dispute resolution, surety claims services, project management oversight and construction troubleshooting. His expertise includes claim analysis and preparation, scheduling, estimating, contract administration, cost controls, defaults/terminations, project financing, and problem loans. Ed's clients are owners, contractors, subcontractors, banks, bonding companies, design firms, and their professional liability carriers.

Ed holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Purdue University, and serves as a member of the Public Works Board for Howard County, MD.
