Senior Construction Consultants must be executives or consultants, with experience and credentials qualifying them as expert witnesses/consultants. These positions offer an outstanding opportunity to become principal or partner.
Construction Claims Consultant positions require experienced engineers or accountants (10-15 years industry experience) with consulting and claims track records or equivalent; preference is given to persons with licenses and/or advanced degrees.
Construction Engineer and/or Accountant positions require degreed professionals with sound contruction and contracting backgrounds (5-8 years). Engineers should possess strong estimating, scheduling, and project management skills; accountants should have cost control, project accounting, audit/analysis experience.
